The Hammer Warranty Service Protection Plan helps extend the life of your home appliances and major appliances, ensuring they operate at peak performance. You can conveniently schedule service online at https://hammerwarranty.com/, and receive quick repairs from our authorized technicians.
Repair Only Plan - Extension: This plan covers major appliances and most home appliances, including both diagnosis and repair. It also covers parts replacement due to functional parts failure and labor costs associated with the repair. Additionally, it covers up to $300 in food spoilage for refrigerator and freezer plans, and up to $50 laundry reimbursement if your washer/dryer isn't fixed or replaced within 14 days of the date reported. This plan starts the day after your manufacturer’s warranty expires.
Repairs that are not covered include:
  • Damage from Acts of God
  • Consumable items, such as batteries, bulbs, and water filters
  • Manufacturer recalls
  • Appliances not in working condition at the time of sale
  • Cosmetic damage such as drawers, handles, scratches, and rust
  • Cracked cooktops from accidental damage

We provide reliable repairs and service through our network of trusted technicians and authorized specialists. If we determine that a product cannot be repaired or the repair is not cost-effective, we may either replace the product with one of like kind, quality, and function, or provide you with an amount equal to the depreciated value based on the product age. Provision of depreciated value or product replacement will fulfill our obligations on your product.
Whether or not there is a deductible depends on the specific plan you have. You can refer to your specific plan by accessing My Account with your service plan number. From there, you can download a copy of your plan to see the terms regarding a deductible. Need your service plan number? Check your confirmation email or contact us here and we’ll happily help out.
If you move and take your covered product with you, it’s still covered! If you leave your product in the home you are selling, the Service Protection Advantage is a transferable plan (not transferable for Monthly Renewable Plans) and you can pass the purchased protection along to the new owner.
Yes, the plan is transferable, so you can pass your protection along to a new owner if you move or sell your appliance (Monthly Renewable Plans are not transferable).
This plan starts the day after your manufacturer’s warranty expires if you enroll while your product is still under the manufacturer's warranty period or covered by one of our service plans. If you wait until your warranty or extended service plan has already expired, coverage starts 30 days after plan purchase.
Qualified technicians will perform service when you own a Warranty Protection extended service plan. The technicians are trained to repair most products and will use only quality replacement parts. Parts used for repair may be non-original or remanufactured.
Yes. We have a comprehensive service network and use only authorized technicians trained to repair all types and brands of products. If there is not a service technician in your area, you may be authorized to obtain service from a servicer near you. See Terms and Conditions for details.
